I just had to find the central pivot. It's the "I" in "Be still if I fill its ebb." A very cursory look-up for "palindrome generator" produced a site with a tool that arguably could help produce them. The inspiration for the tool was Weird Al's "Bob," a tribute/spoof to Dylan's paratactic lyrical style, comprised of palindromic lines: "Ah, Satan sees Natasha." Here are some earlier stabs at expansive palindromes.
