Have you ever wondered how a woman's brain works?
Well....it's finally explained here in one, easy-to-understand illustration:
Every one of those little blue balls is a thought about something that needs to be done, a decision or a problem that needs to be solved.
A man has only 2 balls and they take up all his thoughts.

I'm looking at the little homunculi doing all the work inside the "mind". Is one gender suggested more than the other? If so, then "the work inside a woman's mind is done by...."

You forgot about the balls of misgiving. Those balls that accompany us when we lie down and attempt to sleep but they pop up as sure as popcorn to lacerate you with the should have's that accompany a life half lived (both in time and in commitment to what we want to do).
